We don't have a "form to complete", instead we talk with each prospective buyer to really get a feel for their individual situation and enable us to ensure the best possible matches. We are so thrilled with most folks who are interested in the breed, they all seem to be so enthusiastic about spending time with their dogs and really crave the personal bond that Belgians do so well with.

We take deposits ahead for particular pups, and try to work so that peopel who have had reserves in longest get the pick that they want.  We try to get photos out for their people to see; and, I definitely think that the personality of the pup is as important as anything else, so I work closely with the new owner on the best pick for their situation.

We do not ship puppies out, their people need to make arrangements to pick them up or something, we are happy to work with folks on their schedule and if two families from the same area are coming we're glad to put them in touch for coordination. We've had many folks fly in and take their pups as carry on, at 8 weeks old Tervs are about the size of Pomeranians and fit jsut fine.

First puppy shots are at 6 weeks, and are wormed a few times; we feed a lot of raw meat and bones, raw dairy products and farm fresh eggs, (living on our own farm is a huge benefit in the lives of our family as well as our animals!) For a kibble, we provide Iam's; as vet's have told us that is pretty good as a commercial dog food.

The pups are AKC registered, and we are happy to work with people who want to help preserve this breed through purchase of breeding quality dogs. Our thoughts are that Tervurens are such a rare breed here in the US, (and somewhat small in numbers worldwide) that we ought not to encourage expansion of the gene pool as much as possible. Raising puppies is hard work, (but worth it, if you have time!) but the Tervs are too wonderful to risk extinction.

The Litter A video is up!

Tuxedo's Video is up!

In their fourth week the pups were getting too rambunctious for their puppy box, so they moved outside into a strawfilled box stall in the barn. Small bales across the front allows mom to jump in and out at will, and also allows their dad to visit. He really enjoys this, as you can see in the pic below. Looks like a serious father to daughter moment happening here!

Flash and pup @ approx four weeks old.

Litter at 16 days old.
